Ship it Sunday #8
(SIS)

Hello Blogger friends, Welcome to the eighth official Ship it Sunday! For those of you who haven't seen my previous posts, I created Ship it Sunday for the purpose of talking about our Ships. I would imagine that 99% of us know what a ship is. But for those who don’t, here’s the definition: ship  (Yes, I got this from Urbandictionary.com).

N: Short for romantic relationship, popularized in fanfiction circles.

V: To endorse a romantic relationship.

N: I see a 'ship developing between Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley.

V: I ship Ron/Hermione

Point of Ship It Sunday:

We all have ships. I know I use “I ship it” for just about everything including chips with cheese. I thought that we could have Sunday dedicated to our lovely character ships though. Every Sunday we can talk about different ships, little ships, dying ships, ships we wish existed, and ENORMOUS ships. Point is Ships. I want this to be an interactive post, PLEASE comment your opinions of the ship! I promise I won’t throw stones at you, even if your opinion is different from mine.  Hell, you might not even ship them! That is perfectly okay! I would love to hear what you have to say! Oh, and there will probably be spoilers in the post, so if you have not read the book that is being talked about in their post that Sunday, please don’t continue reading the post! Go read the book!

NOW LET THE SHIPPING BEGIN!!!

For this Ship it Sunday I chose Four and Tris from Divergent by Veronica Roth.
I’m FINALLY read to talk about it people. FINALLY.
And if you don’t know what I’m referring to up there ^. Then you should probably leave this site as fast as you possibly can because its about to go down people. (AKA there will be SPOILERS. LOTS OF BIG FAT SPOILERS.)

*WARNING SPOILERS AHEAD*

Reasons to ship Four and Tris:
·      THEY POWERED THROUGH EVERYTHING. They were thrown into a bunch of crazy circumstances, and they always handled it together.
·      They obviously kicked ass together. (LIKE ALL MY OTHER OTPS)
·      They helped each other battle their fears.
·      They were both willing to sacrifice there lives for one another, as we all know….GUYS WHEN TRIS DIED I DIED BECAUSE FOUR IS ALL ALONE AND MY SHIP IS DEAD. GONE. SUNK.

Alright, thanks for stopping by….

Who do you ship?

Stay Drunk…On Books,

Steph

Hello Blogger friends, Welcome to the Seventh official Ship it Sunday! For this Ship it Sunday I chose the ever fabulous couple Daemon and Katy from Obsidian by Jennifer Armentrout

Her last book for this series came out about a year ago, and it was just a magnificent conclusion to the series, so much so that I STILL can't stop thinking about these fantastic characters. (But hello people, jen ALWAYS creates fab characters, so I've been thinking about pretty much all of them lately).

Now....to get down to all that Katy and Daemon awesomeness...

Reasons to ship Katy and Daemon:
  • They weren't one of those sissy couples. They continued to fight for each other when the going got rough. There was no "Hey, sorry this is gettting to hard, peace." NOPE.  NONE OF THAT.
  • They kicked ass together, if i'm being honest here though, pretty much all my OTP's kick ass together. Maybe its just a built in necessity for me...
  • HE CALLED HER KITTEN. (I'm just going to leave that there)
  • They bettered each other, which I can easily say is one of my favorite things about this ship. They continued to help and encourage each other, and they grew so perfectly...together.

Thanks for stopping by....Who do you ship?
Stay Drunk...on Books,

Ship it Sunday #6
(SIS)

Hello Blogger friends, Welcome to the Sixth official Ship it Sunday! For those of you who haven't seen my previous posts, I created Ship it Sunday for the purpose of talking about our Ships. I would imagine that 99% of us know what a ship is. NOW LET THE SHIPPING BEGIN!!!

For this Ship it Sunday I chose: Will and Tessa From Clockwork Angel by Cassandra Clare

Yes yes....this trilogy is over, but that doesn't change the amount of love I have for this couple. They have been such a strong force in my OTP world for such a long time, there is NO WAY I could forget them. Plus, who doesn't LOVE a Herondale? *Crickets...I hear lots of crickets*
That's what I thought people.  ;)

Reasons to ship Will and Tessa:

They are a power couple. One of the strongest couples I’ve ever had the pleasure of reading about, and I love the fact that they rely on each other for help but it was never the annoying kind of “Oh save me, I can’t do this without you ever.” They just always supported each other.
Tessa made Will realize just how much love can affect you, and that he wasn’t really a cursed man. Lol
They both LOVE BOOKS. Guys, let me be honest about this- I think this is the main reason they are one of my favs…I WANT A MAN WHO READS. PLEASE. They were just so cute with their book talk.

Thanks for stopping by….Who do you ship?

Stay Drunk….on Books,
Steph

Ship it Sunday #5
(SIS)

Hello Blogger friends, Welcome to the fifth official Ship it Sunday! For those of you who haven't seen my previous posts, I created Ship it Sunday for the purpose of talking about our Ships. I would imagine that 99% of us know what a ship is. For This Ship it Sunday I picked: Ash and Meghan from The Iron Fey Series By Julie Kagawa

This series has always been one of my favorites (Hence the Giveaway).

Reasons I ship Ash and Meghan

  • They had forbidden romance before they even got together...and God knows I'm a sucker for forbidden romance! (I LOVE when characters can't be together but want to)
  • They fell for each other in a Non-Insta love way and it wasn't just thrown at you all at once. There relationship was extremely well built and I thank Julie Kagawa for her non-instal love book everyday.
  • Meghan changed Ash in the best way possibly, and made him see which wars were worth fighting for.
  • WHEN MEGHAN RELEASED ASH FROM HIS OATH AS HER KNIGHT I WAS PRETTY SURE I WAS GOING TO BREAK THE WORLD RECORD FOR MOST TEARS SHEAD EVER. (This scene broke me, and completely sealed my love for this couple all at the same time).

Thanks for stopping by!
